Grassfed Beef Bottom Round Roast

Great cut

So far I've used some of this in beef stew, which yes I know not the best cut for that, but in a pressure cooker it works. I love that there's a fat cap, I used that to flavor my broths and to render off for some other dishes. It has huge. The food a great flavor. Not sure what I'll do with the rest. For two people the cut is big enough for two or three meals each.

Been buying the produce for two years. Great quality and value for the money. Unfortunately, the vacuum sealed packages are not always sealed properly preventing longer term storage. Some improvements should be made.
