Oh my goodness! This brisket is the best! We ordered 4, two for a Thanksgiving gathering with our worship group and 2 for us when we go on vacation later. Everyone raved over the tenderness of the meat. Now, I have to give my Texan husband the credit for the smoking of the briskets as he has that perfected but it all starts with quality meat. Came directly to my doorstep, packaged with care, and just delicious!
