We absolutely loved it. Bud I did not cook it as a roast. I cut it down into steaks and I got about 7 of them . And straight to the grill over charcoal , it was super tender , it had a deep flavor just like my hometown Uruguay …. I will buy it again and compare it side-by-side with Wagyu ribeye
