I mostly use this one in Italian dishes like pasta salad, spaghetti, and lasagna because of the lovely thyme, rosemary, basil, oregano, and parsley notes. And you better believe this is a fantastic flavor bomb for olive oil bread dipping. I will order more when I run out.
