Terrible customer service

We had a problem with the stand on the first day right out of the box. We tried to resolve the problem with the stand with customer service. The CSR was a pain and wouldn’t tell us whether their technical support would get back to us within the 30-day return period. We had no choice but return everything we bought. It was an absolute pain to do that. We had to take and submit pictures, then get their committee to approve the return, and then wait for the authorization.

Thought I had the vast array of scopes and options figured out but I guess I didn't. Ended up with a good scope with a few features I wanted missing. Wish they would tighten up the tolerances in the boom, especially where there are pivot points, think this would eliminate some shaky stuff going on. Barlow lenses didn't work that well with led ring lights so I had to order a better lighting system. FYI, I did e-mail them about some of the features I did not understand. My advice, do your homework before ordering.
