Wonderful
It was my first time trying this product. I've tried one other sugar free ketchup and it was terrible. The Walden farms product is delicious!!!! I love it and plan to order a lot more!!!!! It is a bit pricy for such a small jar. That would be my only complaint.

Food great, customer service not so much
I have been ordering from Netrition for years and have been a regular customer and have always been happy with the products. Yesterday, a bottle arrived broken which, of course, is understandable. However, in order to get a refund, I had to fish the broken bottle from the garbage to submit a picture of it. The customer representative I spoke to made me feel I couldn't be trusted. That may not be worth $3.33 to the company in the long run.
