Tastes great for a lower cal option.
It tastes like a blueberry muffin, especially the cookie parts. I would recommend heating them up as they expand and get a fluffy texture like a muffin that way.

Best fruit flavored Quest Bar. I tend to usually go for chocolate flavors but this bar is exceptional! Excellent Protein to Calorie ratio too.
