I prefer the almond butter to the peanut butter, but both are good. I mix this in with non-fat yogurt and a little Stevia and some natural flavor drops for a low cal desert. It's also good reconstituted on celery. A side benefit is the jar takes up less space in my cabinet than a regular jar of almond or peanut butter.
