I’m always looking for a convenient way to stay hydrated and this is my go to electrolytes. I love the pineapple coconut flavor the best. The 4 in one package is very convenient and works great as my husband and I can grab a pack and take it through out the day. I love this product and even my husband says he stays energized by taking them too.

They work so quickly and efficiently! I use them at work in high 90s and humidity its much better then drinking dyed, high sugar "electrolytes" with very little results
