Got this knife as a warranty replacement for a Wüsthof I've been using for over 10 years. The lifetime warranty process was easy, and the replacement arrived very quickly. The knife is sharp, well-balanced, and feels great to use. Really happy with both the product and Wüsthof's customer service. Nice to see a company truly stand behind its warranty!

I don’t know why I waited so long to purchase professional knives. The minute I used them I noticed a difference. No pressing hard no risk of cut cutting myself, etc. The knives are light, but very strong. Very happy.
