German quality
Fit and finish is outstanding. I’ve had a Wusthof 8” chef knife for over 35 years. The 6” size is interesting. Easy to handle. Probably not suitable for splitting large squashes but otherwise nimble yet solid. Thinking about buying the matching paring knife.
