Ikon 7" Chinese Chef's Knife

These are incredible knives. All of them. Can’t review them all but ordered the entire Ikon line with Blackwood - great quality and they look fantastic. I kind of wish the block was a bit more fitting for them, but not a big deal.

In the process of returning

I have had a 13 piece set of WÜSTHOF knives for 10 years. Very happy with them so I recently purchased the Chinese Chef knife. The handle bolts protruded slightly with sharp edges making it uncomfortable. It’s in the return process now. They’ve been cooperative but the process is a bit cumbersome.

Ikon 7" Chinese chefs knife

Beautiful knife. It is lighter than it looks and well balanced. It has become my go to knife for prepping piles of veggies, from carrots to cabbage. It has sped up my kimchi making time.
