My favorite knife!

I cannot say enough how much I love this knife! The heft in my hand feels solid and comfortable, making it easy to rock the knife and slice with precision. I appreciate the rounded edge especially when slicing onions or anything where I want to leave a bit uncut at an end. And Wusthof customer service is great. This is my second Santoku and I'm delighted to be putting it to use!

Best knives ever!

We have been using the Classic Santoku knives for almost 30 years. As long as you sharpen them regularly, as you would with any other knives, we never had any issues with the blades. We had a small issue with a piece of the handle cracking on one of our older knives (approx. 30 years). We sent the knife back to Wusthof who replaced the knife right away. Best warranty policy!

Excellent customer service

The handle had cracked on my old Santoku knife so I requested a replacement from Wusthof. The entire process was easy and fast, and I have a beautiful new knife. Thank you.
