Burger Buns

Guilt Free Burgers!

The best thing about these hamburger buns is that I can have guilt free hamburgers now. I actually took some buns over to my brother's place for a barbecue for Labor Day weekend and he was surprised when I pulled out my own burger buns. But I explained they were low-carb burger buns and they were delicious. I don't know if he's going to buy some for himself but I told him where to get some.

My husband and I are pleased with the taste of the hamburger buns. We do have to toast the buns up before eating them. The protein and fiber are perfect for us.

At first I thought the burger buns were too small but after cooking my pre- formed burger on the grill it shrunk to that size anyhow. A light toast on the bun worked just fine and the bun stayed together well when biting into it. The buns are great for sandwiches as well. Good flavor.
