I can’t tell any noticeable difference, but like the creatine and vitamins. I do not like the bags the creatine and collagen powder come in. They do not reseal. I had to put both products in a different container

Feel better supported, and more energy. Will definitely continue

Good set, collagen doesn't dissolve well

Good set. I didn't need the vitamin D since it's in a multivitamin I already take, but I wanted the other items in the set so I bought it. The collagen doesn't seem to dissolve as well as other brands I've tried. Maybe it's a better quality? Not an expert on that. But, I'm sticking to it.
