Copper Induction Dutch Oven, 5-Quart

I just had to have it.

I’ve developed arthritis in my hands and can no longer handle my Le Creuset with long handles. I am giving my long handled pans away to family and replacing them with cookware that has two loop-type handles, instead. Frankly, I came across this pan and just thought it was stunning and, since it was made in Italy, I thought I would give it a try. I look forward to using it, but I may just put it on a bookshelf and admire its beauty for a while.

Copper Induction Dutch Oven

Simply the best cookware. Cooks evenly and the design is simply beautiful in the kitchen. We made a stew and it cooked up perfectly. I have a Hestan set which I purchased approximately 8 years ago and I wouldn't change it for any other cookware. While the copper does tarnish, it cleans up nice when properly polished. I have received many compliments from my quest pertinent to the style of my cookware. Also, unlike other companies, Hestan has a very good customer service and my inquiries have been answered tinmely and to my satisfaction. I will definately continue to add to my set over the years and look forward to handing same down to my daughter. :)

This piece is not only functional, but so beautiful to leave on my stovetop as well. I am so glad I upgraded my older dutch oven. Absolutely no regrets. Easy to use and the copper shines right back up with some polish.
