This saucier pan is marvelous, exactly what you'd hope for. The shape makes it easy to keep things stirring, the sensitivity keeps your sauces from overheating or cooling, if you pay attention. Extremely nice to work with and beautiful to boot. What more could you ask for?

Bought this pan to replace an old non induction favorite when we upgraded to induction cooking. Our son recommended Hestan, so we took him up and bought this one. Not looking back, heats well, evenly, and cooking in this pan is a dream We will definitely be adding to our Hestan cookware collection
