Tastes great and helps performance
The gel fueled my interval training workout quite nicely and I also enjoyed the sweet, citric flavor. I found it easy to consume while running.

Stryker Gel30
The taste leaves something to be desired it says plain but it has a strawberry ish vague taste, is a little watery. Price is fair and works... no issues with my gut.

Leaked everywhere
2 packages had leaked on arrival but it was hard to tell which ones. Of course the first one I took out on my run was a culprit and leaked inside my pocket. Didn’t like the texture or taste. Will stick with Maurten even though it’s more expensive.
