Original Buffalo Jerky

Buffalo Jerky is my favorite! Beef Jerky is good also. I will definitely be ordering more. Looking forward to the Elk Jerky. Black coffee goes good with your Jerky.

Had high expectations, but the quality wasn't there

I was especially excited to try the buffalo jerky because I expected it to be one of the standout items in my order. Unfortunately, I was very underwhelmed. The flavor was fairly bland and didn’t have the rich, distinctive meat flavor I expected from buffalo. The texture was also extremely inconsistent. Some pieces were paper thin while others were considerably thicker, and the chew varied dramatically from piece to piece. A few pieces almost disintegrated while chewing and had a strange dry, mealy or sandy consistency. I’m a pretty serious jerky consumer and buy it every week. I understand some variation is inevitable, but the quality and consistency of this bag were well below what I would expect from a premium jerky product. I would not purchase this one again based on what I received.

I have been an M&S customer for years, the company, staff and producta are the best, very high qualityphenominal and what Jerky "SHOULD" be !! My favorite I will say is the Buffalo Jerky, just the best flavor wist and texture wise!
