Refreshing!
I tried this because the NICA MTB Team I sponsor consumes them and liked them. So I gave it a go! I usually partake about 5-6 miles into my ride and it is so refreshing, just before my route starts to get harder. I am not sure if gives me more energy or a spark of well being and positive energy about my upcoming effort. However I do love these and my Team enjoys them immensely!

Chunky
This is neither a drink nor a gel. It is chunky combo of both. No matter how much I shook it up, what I got was a drink with jelly-like chunks in it. I absolutely could not stand that texture. I tried the White Grape and the flavor was just what I was looking for, not overwhelming, just good taste, hence why I gave it a few stars. But just can’t get past the chunky texture which would have been one star worthy if the taste hadn’t been good. I gave one to a friend to try and she had the same reaction.
