I can’t believe how incredible this corned beef turned out. I will never, ever buy the packaged corned beef from the store again! It seriously was out of this world incredible. We followed the recipe exactly, except we left the cinnamon stick out of the brine, and I think next year we will omit some of the cloves, just because it’s not our favorite flavor. I highly, highly recommend this box!
