Bone-In Pork Chops

These pork chops were the bomb. We had two very thick bone in's and I took Mary's advice and did an hour long brine which imparted such a great seasoning. Hub then seared on the grill and honestly, we didn't need anything other than a salad and we were so satisfied. Really very good. I'll be adding these to my box on rotation from here on. Our favorite ranch and seriously good people to work with. You guys are the best!

This was the best pork we have had in a long time, we are in Oregon so shipping was quick, items were frozen well. Definitely buying more and more lamb. Tallow fabulous as well.
