I'm not usually a salt lover, but that has changed with now having quality salt. It provides a major change to the depth of flavor in any food.

Mary said once, "all salt is not the same". Truer words have never been spoken....at least about salt. I love cooking with Salty Cowgirl ( I may happen to be a salty cowgirl too). If you want to elevate you creations and Salty Cowgirl to the dish!
