I don't make a habit of doing reviews so you know they were good.

Received four beautiful top quality porterhouse steaks promptly as promised. Lightly salted and peppered them. Brought them to 115° internal temp and reversed seared them on the grill 4 minutes per side and they were a great hit with everyone. Delicious and tender.
