Oxtail

I picked up these ingredients to make bone broth for my dog, Fox. They’re a much better deal than what I could find at Safeway. Plus, they’re family-owned and come straight from the farm, so they’re super fresh. I’d definitely recommend this farm for their products.

I love these oxtails. I have used them to make bone broth with the bone marrow bones and also cooked them in a tangia with moraccan spices, so succulent!
