The short ribs were absolutely amazing. I used a recipe From Five Mary’s and it was delicious! The meat was rich and tender and I ordered another package immediately! Highly recommend!

Everything with our order was wonderful. I wish the ribs were cut using the length of the rib butter quality of the meat and the size of the ribs were exactly what we wanted.
