Flank Bavette Steak is beautiful marbled and tender. Sear and place in smokers wrap paper. Smoker or grill. We load this with butter sprigs of herbs garlic shallots. You what Herbs you love. I used chives, Rosemary Green onion finely chopped & shallots garlic Himalayan pink sea salt and fresh ground black pepper. Sweet Potatoes Grilled and loaded with Brown sugar butter sauce. Pair this with my Raspberry crumble fresh whipped cream dash of lemon.
