Quite nice
I'm new to Japanese green tea but I'm really enjoying this tea. It has a mild but interesting flavor profile that, through experimenting with different temperatures and durations, I can tweak to bring out the dimensions I prefer and up to three infusions.

Highly recommended!
It's great, but very temperature sensitive so be careful, I made the first cup at 65 instead of 60C and it pulled a bit bitter. at 60-61 it was perfect and smooth.
