If I could only have one spice ever, it would be this one. I am Italian and make everything from scratch. I buy this in the biggest quantity I can as it goes fast in my cooking.

I make a meal every 4 weeks for good friends, my choice is usually different than the easy dish. I used your cantanzaro herbs in three dishes. Chicken Mushroom Soup, Bread Dip and a homemade shrimp sauce yum not sure how to add photos. Jim

This works so well with so many things as the blend of spices presents a nice balance. It also is a nice addition to hummus and similar dips.
