I use this spice blend in all recipes calling for italian seasoning. I serve many mediterian dishes in my home. It's one of my favorite spices

Cantanzano Herbs have become my go-to seasoning for chicken, pizza, spaghetti sauce, grilled salmon, veggies, savory breads . . . everything except sweet stuff. Almost halfway thru my second large bag. Yes, I REALLY like this blend. 😀

We use Cantanzaro Herbs on roasted potatoes and veggie, roasted chicken, in scrambled eggs, in a tofu and vegetable saute…pretty much our go-to combo in our cooking. It is more subtle blend than a “regular” Italian seasoning mix, which can be harsh, and adds complexity and depth to the food. We love it!
