Capitol Hill Seasoning

This is one of my favorite spices for scrambled eggs in the morning. Have been using it for years. Also good in baked potatoes with sour cream. The dill is not over powering in this and one of the best parts I liken are the dried shallots.

I love the dill and garlic freshness of this combo. I ordered a large bag as a refill - great for fish and all sorts of veggies.

I really love this blend because it has a nice peppery taste that really hits the right notes on dishes like pork, chicken, or even a bit of a sprinkle on my omelette is very tasty. 😋 sometimes I use it for a roasted chicken and add cloves of garlic into the chicken to give it a a different type of balanced flavor. I have bought it before and will keep buying it. This is one of my favorites.
