Black Garlic Salt

This black garlic salt is the perfect addition to any dish. Not overwhelming flavors of garlic or spice, just a warm umami we really enjoy. We put it on all proteins-chicken, fish, beef and is also great on potatoes and vegetables. Here I put it on grilled turkey burgers-delicious!

Black Garlic Salt is my families new favorite seasoning. It caramelizes beautifully on the grill whether on steak, chicken thighs,pork chops, salmon or asparagus. I like to add a touch of red pepper and it really makes the Black Garlic Salt flavor enhanced. Don’t forget to try it on fried breakfast potatoes and eggs. Black Garlic Salt is seriously fantastic!
