Saffron & Chanterelle Risotto

Overall flavor was a bit lackluster for me. Not bad, just needed a boost. Texture was also a bit overly alienate for risotto.

I totally enjoyed Saffron & Chanterelle Risotto. The ease of preparation, the full balance of flavor. I will definately be having it again. I would rate this product at a 5+++++

I always enjoy making meals with Savory Spice packets. We just enjoyed the Moroccan lentils, so aromatic and delicious over jasmine rice! We still have the other meal packets ready and waiting, but having most of used them in the past, I have no doubt we'll be pleased again. We live in northern New York, a place where ethnic food is not easy to find. The fact that I can make such flavorful, spice-filled dinners at home is great!
