This is a nice balanced rub for salmon, whether I am searing it in a cast iron skillet, on a griddle, grilling it directly over charcoal or cooking it on a cedar plank.

The pearl st salmon rub is a great spice for my seaford. My wife always asking for it . Always making sure that we have enough on stock. Will be buying more for sure.

We have used the salmon rub for 5 years now. Our go to for friends is salmon on the bbq. Always get rave reviews. We used to get it at the Santa Rosa store, but now order by mail. We love the wonderful taste!
