The chews are a welcome addition to my race day (and training) hydration. I now do not have the muscle fatigue I had to "work through" at the end of a 10k or half marathon. And the next couple of days after the event are less strained.

Best electrolyte supplement

I’ve tried a lot of really well advertised and hyped electrolyte products and Jon of them delivered like this one! A couple fastchews before a workout and there is no energy loss or dehydration! They’re the best I have used, hands-down!
