A Ropeless Pleasant Surprise

I was gifted the Crossrope Get Lean and Get Strong sets for my birthday. I was quite pleased with the gift. Unfortunately, I had a hip replacement and was struggling to figure out how to jump again. I then learned about the Ropeles sets and purchased the Get Strong weights since I already had the handles. What a game changer. I love how versatile they are, and how they allow me to do so many leg variations while keeping the weights spinning. It's now my favorite thing to do because it combines weight training with cardio and allows me to get done faster. I also love how I am able to keep them by the desk at work, and get in mini workout breaks throughout the day without having to worry about space. A very cool addition to the product line.
