Great hydration with no added extras you don't want

I love these. They don't have anything extra in them, just the base hydration you need, so you're free to mix it with whatever you want. Other packets there's always sugar or B6 or other stuff you don't want to be constantly over-consuming. Having these morning and night have made a difference for me for POTS.

Its okay, i dont think I'll buy this one again personally, as i prefer the flavoured ones. The only other one I've tried is the green apple flavour, and that is better tasting than this one.
