jellishorts for IC/hEDS
My NP who diagnosed my hEDS earlier this year suggested I try jellishorts. I find that the support is good for my hips and back and also reduces bladder discomfort when I ride in the car.

I have hEDS and multiple issues with my hips and lower back, including a herniated lumbar disc and hip impingement. These help hold everything together, making movement less painful. I sometimes wear the original Jelliebend and the shorts together for support up to my thoracic spine.

Comfy!
I wasn't sure if I would be able to tolerate comprehension because I'm sensitive and don't like when stuff is too tight but wanted to give it a try. I have POTS and I'm hypermobile (among other things) - I wear jellie shorts when I'm sitting on my chair relaxing. It prevents my hips from feeling wonky. I got size M. I'm 5'3", 138 lbs.
