One star off simply due to fact customer service never responded to my question prior to purchase. I went ahead and did anyway, taking a chance. The long rectangle pad fit perfectly on my original Breg Polar Care Cube. I am all set for my upcoming surgery. My orthopedic surgeon ordered this for me back in 5/2021, and I kept it. Sure glad I did bc I had my other shoulder surgery 4/2024. TREMENDOUSLY helps for pain & did not need RX pain meds after 2-1/2 days post op for both shoulders! Both of those surgeries I used OG Breg Polar Care Cube 24/7 (few exceptions), with the Breg XL universal pad. I needed a longer pad this time and was able to purchase w/o going through my dr (takes forever). Highly recommend Breg products. Just doubled check compatibility with unit you have as there are several ones and different connecting ports for each.
