Frustrating to use

Unfortunately this unit was a waste of money and time trying to get water to circulate properly. Near the place the hip pad connects to the hose, the hose was too flexible and bends easily. Once that happens the water flow would stop and would not cool the hip pad. If I held my hand there all the time I could keep it flowing I used the two gel type pads that are made for a hips and cycled them through the freezer instead Wish we hadn’t spent the money on the unit and could get our money back

Defective and for one time use.

The ice packs have holes in them. I have only used this device one time. The shoulder pad is for one time use? How would that help with recovery?

Great product, great company

I ordered a unit and struggled to make it deliver a good cool stream of water. I called the office and they said to try a new pad. They sent me the new pad postage prepaid. I tried out the new one and everything was good from there on. The company was great to work with and gave me great confidence going forward with my treatment.
