After surgery, having constant and consistent cold without having to get up and refill constantly is super helpful! The 2 choices of cold and compression seems superfluous as I have only used high cold and low compression so as to not injure my shoulder. It has been challenging to get the pad on my shoulder with only one hand so that can be frustrating. It is also tough to put it in the best position since moving my affected shoulder is very limited. I'm also not happy that insurance would only cover this if I bought it through an in network place and yet there was no in network place available. It came out of pocket >:( Bottom line though, I would not be without this for recovery!

Gives me the cold shoulder

This machine is a game changer. Cold shoulder is what the doc ordered and my CTM delivers exactly that. Easy to out in with one hand/arm or with spousal help. Holds plenty of water and I use 4 12 oz water bottles rotating in and out of the freezer. Easy to operate and very effective!!!

Helpful during medical rehabilitation!

Great product to use following total knee replacement surgery. Just the right amount of cold and compression during “down” time. As soon as this one’s fully healed it’s on to knee number two!
