My PT lent me his one of these for a couple months. The traction made a huge difference in lowering my whiplash pain. When I gave his back, I bought a less expensive one and it was so hard to use that I returned it and got this. Easy to use, comes with a nice protective case, and really helps. I could move my neck without numbness and tingling in my arm. Sleeping was in one or two positions. I’ve used the traction every day for 20 minutes. Now I barely have issues at all.
