Well made. Easy to use. Instructions fine; more info on website. Good video there to show how to use it. Feels good; hard to say what clinical improvements I will get but so far using it feels quite good.

My only complaint is that the band that goes across your forehead isn't very comfortable. Aside from that, it works very well—I had no problems.
