The cookies and cream is my second favorite. I add a little chocolate milk and crushed ice to a blender and it’s the perfect breakfast. These products have never affected my gut and caused any discomfort.

Really great Oreo substitute!

I love the taste of this cookies and cream flavor! I’ve tried a few cookies and cream flavored shakes but never had any good ones out of it so I figured I’d give a protein powder a chance. This is great for when you want Oreos but want to stick with your diet. I’ve tried mixing this in almond yogurt but I’m working on trying to make high protein cookies out of it!
