We are very happy with this Sauna. Assembly was easy, it works great and it looks nice in the corner of our bedroom.

What a wonderful sauna!

So many good things to say about this. We had to get the smaller one in order for it to fit into our basement, and I was so impressed with the manufacturing and the look and feel of the wood. Very rich looking. My husband and I put it together in an hour and 45 minutes (I didn't really help at all!), and had it up and running in no time. Very, very simple set up and so easy to use. It heats up to 140 in about 20 minutes and the bluetooth sound is incredible. I put on meditation music and sit in there for about 20 minutes a few times a week. Just put a towel on the seat and cover your back with a towel so you don't get sweat all over the inside. And I'm small so I can actually lay down with my torso on the bench and my feet up against the wall (which is also good for lower back pain). This is honestly one of the best purchases we have ever made! LOVING IT.

First, I want to thank Recovery For Athletes. I forget the names of the two employees that assisted with my purchase, sorry, but they were great! With all these online companies you never know what your getting or who you can trust but Recovery For Athletes is the real deal. Ok the sauna, it’s awesome! Get it. Build quality is better than what I expected…. really. At max temp, fluctuates between 145 - 151, I’m dripping sweat. The speaker are actually good, not tinny sounding and has a little base. Light is just regular light changing led but I do like it as it changes the mood while sitting there. One thing, remove the weather stripping around the door and redo it. That’s the only upgrade I suggest you do. It’s cheap and easy but worth it for stopping cold air from coming in. My skin feels smoother, I do it at night so and I’ve been sleeping better. So far that’s the benefits I’ve had from using it. Better sleep is so worth it. Ok done. Stop shopping… this one’s a winner. #realreview
