Great product but the taste is tough

It doesn’t give the stimulant feel. I also was drinking one scoop in my jug to drink on all day. Later, I researched and read that’s not as effective as if you do your two scoops before working out. I could tell a difference in increasing my limits during workout and possibly helping with body composition. The taste is tough though. That’s the reasoning for the decrease in stars and the indecision of ordering another bag.

The best. My wife is a pro body builder. We use all the True Nutrition products.

I have never tried pre workout before because I was afraid I would feel jittery or that they simply didn’t work. However, I did some research, talked with some people and decided to give it a shot. BCAA Boost did not disappoint! I got the boost I was looking for without any of the side effects I was worried about.
