Navy beans for Boston Baked Beans
No more supermarket dry beans for my household! I thought of buying my dry beans directly from Camellia, after a few failures with supermarket beans. I received them fresh, they soaked overnight and cooked perfectly plump, and intact! Thank you for making your products available for sale on your website for the general public! Absolutely delicious!
I love navy beans and these are the best. Ever. I don't always want to cook a batch just for a meal, so I decided to cook a batch, parcel out 1 c. amounts and put in a small container and freeze. They freeze beautifully and then I can take out however much I want, thaw using the microwave and proceed from there. I like having something to eat that didn't come from a can and doesn't have additives in addition to being so, so very good!
