Fragile item. Item arrived with cardinal broken off. I hot glued it back on and will color in the chipped part with a sharpie marker.

Log Pile
I think the log piles that I ordered will go great with the Alpine Village I am putting up as a tribute to my late wife. However, both shipments that have been received so far (original and replacement) have come in damaged. They were placed in the bottom of the box in a pile only in a thin plastic bag and minimal packing material. As a result, all of the birds were broken off along with some of the posts laying in the bottom of the box. The replacement order is being taken to the post office to be returned to the company. Hopefully, the next shipment will come in unbroken. Photos were previously provided to the customer service department.

Product good, shipping bad
The woodpile was fine. However, I was surprised that it was shipped to me in a cardboard box with almost no padding at all. It had rattled around the box so much that the little red bird had broken off. I had to do a last-minute repair with Gorilla glue to have it ready for gifting.
