First off, Shana's Sourdough is a wonderful place to order anything you need for making sourdough. Everything is well packed and shipping is fast. Always has a sweet, little note written on the invoice too. Now, about the Duralex Lys Bowl... It is AWESOME. If anyone has ever watched Elaine (Foodbod) on YT, you would know that she recommends these bowls for ease of knowing when your dough is ready. They really are helpful. They're also easy to clean, very durable, and nest well inside each other. I now have 3. Also great size for side dishes or salads. Very happy with the purchases and Shana's Sourdough. Highly recommend.
