The pancake mixes from Hayden flour mills are always delicious. This is no exception. I love trying the different grains in each variety. In a world of GMO and fake food having local whole grains is extremely important and the taste is tremendously different.

Nice flavor

Very unique flavor. Not your Dennys or IHOP fluffy, boring pancakes. Great flavor and I’m still working on my fluff. Definitely grease your pan or they can really stick.
