Another great cheese
Once again, the tasting notes are very accurate. Purchased this on a tasting whim, along with a few others (Manchego, Ossau Iraty, Mahon, St. Paulin), and was not disappointed...my preferred of the lot so far. I prefer cheese that doesn't rely on creaminess quite so much. This fits the bill nicely. Also, I reserve 5 stars for the very best of the best, be it cheese, or books, or anything...so don't take the 4 star rating as anything but an endorsement.
