Poor customer service

I purchased this product on 3-9-2026. It was shipped I think the next day. It was supposed to arrive on 3-13-2026. I paid $46.05 to do the 2-3 days USPS priority shipping. When I track the package it landed in Salt Lake City on 3-13-20-2026. From what I can tell it is still in Salt Lake City. This may be a USPS thing but I don’t care because I paid an extra $46.05 for 2-3 days USPS priority shipment to supply physical therapy and not to USPS.

Bregg after TKR

I purchased the Bregg coolwave with compression for use after Total Knee Replacement. I chose Bregg because I could choose what size wrap went around my knee. I picked the Large. This is a game changer. I am 4 weeks out and I use this machine multiple times a day. I use 4 frozen water bottles in it. It can be use hours at a time (My surgeon recommended to do that). The Bregg machine arrived fast and is well worth the cost.
